This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of AI Visibility Tracker and applies to all users, organizations, and API consumers. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use AI Visibility Tracker to:
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service at a volume or rate that degrades performance for other users or circumvents rate limits.
- Reverse engineer AI model outputs, scoring algorithms, or proprietary data aggregation methods.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory brand names, prompts, or dispute reports with the intent to manipulate visibility scores.
- Resell or sublicense raw data exports, visibility scores, or API responses without written permission from AI Visibility Tracker.
- Use the Service to monitor competitors in ways that violate applicable competition, privacy, or intellectual property law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data, accounts, or systems through the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure, including by transmitting malware, denial-of-service requests, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
- Use the API in automated pipelines that generate prompt runs exceeding your plan's included quota without purchasing additional prompt packs.
2. Agency & White-Label Use
Agency and white-label customers may use AI Visibility Tracker on behalf of their clients, provided:
- Each client organization is represented by a separate workspace or sub-account.
- You do not present AI Visibility Tracker data as your own proprietary intelligence without appropriate disclosure where required by law.
- Client data is not commingled across organizations in ways that would expose one client's data to another.
- You maintain your own agreements with clients covering their use of the data you provide.
3. API Usage
Access to the AI Visibility Tracker API is subject to rate limits specified in your plan. You must:
- Keep API keys confidential and rotate them immediately if compromised.
- Not share API keys across multiple organizations or with third parties outside your team.
- Attribute AI Visibility Tracker as the data source in any downstream product or report that surfaces our data to end users, unless covered by a white-label agreement.
4. Content Standards
Custom prompts, brand names, and other content you submit through the Service must not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Contain personal data about identifiable individuals, including names, email addresses, or government IDs.
- Include content designed to manipulate AI model outputs in ways that could harm other brands or mislead consumers.
- Be defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing toward any person or organization.
5. Data Accuracy & Disputes
The dispute resolution feature is provided to correct genuine errors in AI model output parsing. Misuse of the dispute system — including filing false disputes to artificially inflate or deflate visibility scores — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. In response to a violation, we may:
- Issue a warning and request remediation.
- Suspend access to specific features or the API.
- Terminate the account without refund for severe or repeated violations.
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using AI Visibility Tracker in violation of this policy, please contact us at abuse@aivisibilitytracker.com. Include as much detail as possible to help us investigate.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to account owners at least 14 days in advance.
